Were looking for a Project Manager to join our Cornwall team and play a key leadership role in delivering high-quality projects safely, on time, and within budget.
As a Project Manager, youll be leading teams, coordinating resources, and ensuring that every detail is executed with precision. If youre a strong leader who thrives on organization, collaboration, and results, we want to hear from you!
What Youll Do
- Lead by example when it comes to safety, inspiring and coaching your team to uphold company standards.
- Oversee all aspects of project planning, scheduling, and client satisfaction spending about 75% of your time in the office and 25% on-site.
- Ensure scope of work is completed efficiently and meets company quality standards.
- Develop and execute estimating strategies to support successful project delivery.
- Keep projects on track monitoring budgets, timelines, risks, and performance checkpoints.
What You Bring
- Construction Management diploma or Engineering degree (preferred).
- PMP designation (or working toward it) is an asset.
- 35 years of experience in interior systems on commercial or industrial projects.
- Strong organizational and communication skills written, verbal, and interpersonal.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software tools.
- A solid understanding of project management principles and best practices.
