Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Retail General Manager located on-site in Toronto, ON. The Retail General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage P&L statements, create and execute business plans, ensure customer satisfaction, and manage staff. The individual will be responsible for optimizing store performance, ensuring a high level of customer service, and implementing efficient operational practices.

- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Experience in Operations Management
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in retail management is a plus
