The (Workday) Systems Specialist is responsible for managing the full cycle on multiple Workday HCM modules supporting functional mandates. The role will continually partner with HR & Finance team to support the development and implementation of technology strategies and methodologies to meet the business needs. The support is 95% HR and 5% Finance.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Provide Workday subject matter functional expertise for day-to-day support and development including business process design, data transmission (EIB), testing and other troubleshooting support
Provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices and partner with HR functional leads to understand pain points, prioritize requirements, and identify opportunities to improve processes and gain efficiency by leveraging Workday functionality
Lead technical execution on HCM project and deliverables for upcoming initiatives such as Employee Development (LMS)
Support design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices and an understanding of the current business requirements
Ability to identify issues, apply judgment to find proactive solutions within our HR system
Work closely with IT on testing support
Work closely with the Payroll and Benefits team to ensure HCM feeds accurately to Payroll and to Benefit integrations, resolve and escalate (if necessary) risks and issues
Maintain data integrity within and across systems, conduct system audits and reconcile discrepancies with other functional areas to ensure data accuracy
Assist with bi-annual releases, including analysis of impacts of new functionality and cross functional analysis
Maintain awareness of Workday future releases / roadmap and the potential impact of those plans on current and future Workday functionality
Provide HCM user support through documentation, developing and facilitating training, and creating supporting materials and reports as required
Well-versed in reporting and metrics, management dashboards and Workday analytics
Solid understanding of Position Management and Job Architecture concepts and management

This opportunity is for an existing vacancy with the company. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $69,500 to $119,500. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a bonus program. In addition, The Company offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance coverage, wellness programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education-related programs, paid holidays and vacation time, and many others.
