Your Responsibilities
As a Partner Supervisor, you bring extensive gardening/landscaping experience, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the drive to grow your own team under the Premier brand. In this role, you will:
- Perform all landscaping and site work to Premiers standards
- Execute project schedules by delegating tasks that encourage learning and match crew skill levels
- Monitor crew performance to meet quality and efficiency targets, providing coaching, feedback, and performance managementwhen requiredto help your team develop!
- Report accurately through the Aspire Mobile App
- Submit bi-weekly invoices based on contracted amounts
- Maintain cleanliness and maintenance of the job site
- Adhere to and model the Premier Landscaping Code of Conduct
- Daily reporting on any customer contact that requires Premier management attention
- Quote and deliver services on behalf of Premier
- Use Premier-branded uniforms and truck magnets on Premier sites
Your Experience & Qualifications
- 35 years experience as a Landscape Technician, Horticulturist, or similar role (working in all seasons) and commercial settings
- Class 5 driver's license
- Pesticide knowledge
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
- Comfortable and experienced in pesticide use
- Honest, trustworthy, and strong in leadership and decision-making
- Excellent customer service, attention to detail, and professional communication skills
- Ability to lead by example and motivate a team
- Must have your own truck and be able to maintain/fix equipment
Considered an Asset:
- Residential Landscape Technician (RLT) certification
- Red Seal Journeyman Landscape Horticulturist
