We are looking for a Pharmacist to join our team and provide excellent customer service while accurately dispensing medications. The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying prescriptions, providing medication counseling, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best patient care. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals and their uses.
Responsibilities:
• Dispense medications and provide information to customers about the proper use of medications.
• Monitor patient health and progress to determine the need for adjustments in medications.
• Advise physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals on the selection, dosage, interactions, and side effects of medications.
• Keep records of patient profiles, drug interactions, and advisements given to patients.
• Maintain current knowledge of pharmacy laws and regulations.
