We specialize in premium keratin treatments, hand-painted balayage, highlights, and precision cuts, and we work with luxury product partners including Balmain Hair Couture and Davines.
Responsibilities (Main Duties)
Plan, organize, direct and evaluate the day-to-day salon operations to ensure smooth workflow, service quality, and client satisfaction.
Establish and implement salon policies and procedures (client service standards, hygiene/sanitation, safety, and operational guidelines).
Hire, train, schedule and supervise stylists and support staff; provide coaching and performance feedback to maintain consistent service standards.
Handle client inquiries and complaints, resolve service issues, and implement improvements to enhance the overall client experience.
Plan and control budget, expenses, and performance targets; track sales, productivity, and operational KPIs.
Manage inventory of professional and retail products, supplies and equipment; place orders, reduce waste, and coordinate maintenance/vendor services.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in the hair salon industry (salon operations, client service, and team coordination).
Supervisory or management experience is an asset.
Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills.
Ability to manage schedules, priorities, and daily operations efficiently.
Comfortable with basic budgeting, inventory control, and performance tracking.
