PRODUCTION SIGN DESIGNER

We are looking for a technical Sign Fabrication Technician to translate creative concepts into precise manufacturing blueprints.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Design: Create high-precision graphic drawings for manufacturing using specialized industry software.
- Production Layouts: Prepare final layouts for sign fabrication and site installation.
- Quality Control: Proofread and audit all design work for accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Project Liaison: Collaborate with Project Managers to gather technical data and ensure project milestones are met.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Industry Software: Proficiency in machine design software (FlexiSign, Carveco, Artcam, Enroute, or equivalent).
- Technical Drafting: Working knowledge of AutoCAD and CorelDRAW.
- Communication: Bilingual in English and French (written and verbal).
- Experience: Proven background as a production designer within the signage or manufacturing sector.
Bonus Skills (The "Extra Mile")
- Experience with RIP software (Fiery/VUTEk) and large-format pre-press preparation.
- Knowledge of rigid substrates (PVC, Foamcore, Aluminum).
- Hands-on experience operating CNC or cutting machinery.
- 3+ years of experience in signage manufacturing.

CONCEPTEUR(TRICE) EN PRODUCTION D’ENSEIGNES

International Neon est un chef de file de la fabrication et de l’installation d’enseignes sur mesure depuis plus de 50 ans. Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Concepteur(trice) en production technique pour transformer les concepts créatifs en plans de fabrication précis.
Responsabilités Principales
- Conception Technique : Préparer des dessins de fabrication précis à l’aide de logiciels spécialisés (fichiers machine).
- Plans de Production : Produire les mises en page finales pour la fabrication et l'installation en usine.
- Contrôle Qualité : Réviser les dessins pour en assurer l'exactitude et la conformité aux normes en vigueur.
- Collaboration : Communiquer avec les chargés de projets pour recueillir les données techniques nécessaires.
Compétences et Qualifications Requises
- Logiciels de l'industrie : Maîtrise des logiciels de fichiers machine (FlexiSign, Carveco, ArtCAM, EnRoute ou équivalent).
- Dessin Technique : Connaissance de base d'AutoCAD et CorelDRAW.
- Bilinguisme : Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (oral et écrit).
- Expérience : Expérience préalable en conception de production d'enseignes ou dans un rôle similaire.
Atouts (Un Plus !)
- Expérience avec les logiciels RIP (Fiery/VUTEk) et la préparation de fichiers prépresse grand format.
- Connaissance des matériaux et substrats rigides (PVC, Foamcore).
- Aptitudes mécaniques ou expérience avec des machines de découpe (CNC).
- 3 ans et plus d'expérience en fabrication d'enseignes.
