We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor, AP/AR Floater to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing service information.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries on the phone, or via electronic communication
- Ensuring a positive customer experience
- Developing and maintaining a thorough knowledge of company's services
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Working as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to resolve client issues and provide excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Some working knowledge of AR/AP using Quick Books desktop
