Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements Apply, level and smooth coats of plasterClean and prepare surfacesFill joints, nail indentations, holes and cracks with joint compound using trowel and broad knifeFinish corners and angles and create decorative designs in finish coat, if requiredMix plaster ingredients to desired consistencyMould and install ornamental plaster panels, cornices and trimSpray acoustic or texture materials over walls and ceilingsTape over joints using taping machine and embed tape in compoundPrepare wall and ceiling layouts
