This job is posted as part of our seasonal hiring for Spring/Summer, 2026, it will be a full time seasonal role.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accurately tracks inventory, orders, and invoices for all departments of the hotel, including Food & Beverage and Housekeeping
- Works with Head Chef in creating and maintaining an accurate order guide and par stock list for the hotel inventory including Food & Beverage, culinary and housekeeping operations
- Organizes storage and thoughtfully orders products to balance costs
- Tracks and ensures all first aid kits are stocked
- Unloads all shipments and checks against manifest to resolve disputes
- Ensures all supplies are stored and organized in accordance Canadian Food Safety rules
- Assists with culinary operations, cleaning and sanitization as needed
- Keeps record of potential safety and maintenance issues and communicates details to supervisor
- Assists as needed with set up of rooms for special events, meetings, conferences and banquets
- Assist guests and teammates where needed
- Be a utility player who can complete a variety of job duties
- Perform other duties as assigned
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

- Organized with a great eye for detail

The starting wage for this role is $19.00/hour.
