This job is posted as part of our seasonal hiring for Spring/Summer, 2026, it will be a full time seasonal role.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the sales of all souvenirs, jewelry and clothing
- Supervises and assigns duties to department employees
- Assisting in all retail functions - Providing leadership and accountability
- Plan, direct and evaluate daily operations
- Implement price and credit policies, balance daily transactions
- Determine staffing requirements, recruit and train staff
- Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
- Coordinate and execute inventory activities
- Plan and organize product receiving and distribution
- Receive, count and store inventory and assets
- High standards of work accuracy
- Keep the workplace clean and organized
- Heavy lifting up to 25lbs required
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-3 years’ experience working in retail
- Experience using point of sale systems, RTP/Retail Pro an asset
- Ability to manage and inspire up to 5 employees
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Personable and a strong ability to lead a team
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

The starting wage for this role is $21.00/hour.
