Protrans Personnel Services Inc. is looking for Transport Clerk Position in Mississauga area.
The position starts ASAP.
Shifts Available (Monday–Friday)- 1pm to 9pm
Hourly rate will be between $21 to $23 per hour depending on Knowledge & Experience.
Location: Close to intersection Derry & Tomken Rd (Mississauga)
Must be Permanent Resident or Citizen in Canada.
What Will You Do?
-Work closely with the dispatch supervisor and operations on day-to-day revolving assignments.
-Create detailed excel spreadsheets reporting on different criteria for LTL and TL deliveries.
-Look through data sets and report on key information taken from excel and AS400 and Truck Mate.
-Create new spreadsheets reports when required.
-Maintain a satisfactory level of quality and productivity per department standards
-All other duties as required.
Who Are We Looking For?
-Good Communication skills both oral and written
-Exceptional key-boarding skills
-Computer skills (Microsoft word, excel, outlook). AS400 experience is an asset.
-Accuracy and attention to detail, ability to be self-motivated
-Experience with Transportation / shipping documents would be an asset.
-Excellent time management skills, with a strong ability to work unsupervised and commitment to -maintaining deadlines.
-No physical labor but will need SB as they are required to go out into the WH
