With a large population of shift workers, tradespeople, and professionals seeking therapeutic care for stress management, recovery, and pain relief, RMT services are in exceptionally high demand in our area.

We are seeking a Registered Massage Therapist to join our growing holistic collective — someone who values quality over quantity and alignment over hustle.

What You’ll Do:
* Provide therapeutic massage treatments tailored to client needs
* Offer care for relaxation, stress relief, pain management, prenatal, and/or therapeutic concerns
* Maintain accurate client charting and treatment notes
* Uphold professional, ethical, and regulatory standards (CMTO)
* Contribute to a calm, welcoming, and elevated client experience
What We’re Looking For:
* Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the CMTO
* Professional liability insurance
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* A calm, grounded presence aligned with holistic values
* Open to part-time or full-time availability
Compensation:
* Competitive split or room rental options available
* Estimated earning potential: $60,000 – $100,000+ annually, depending on schedule and client demand
* All linens, booking software, retail environment, and marketing support provided
