We are currently welcoming a Skilled Barber to join our growing holistic collective. This role is ideal for a barber who values craftsmanship over speed, appreciates a calm and curated environment, and is inspired by offering a uniquely curated men's grooming menu exclusive to HÔM - blending precision barbering with wellness-focused rituals.

Responsibilities
Provide professional barbering services including haircuts, fades, beard trims, and elevated grooming rituals
Deliver a refined, welcoming guest experience aligned with HÔM standards
Execute services that reflect HÔM's intentional, ritual-based approach to men's care
Maintain a clean, organized, and calming workstation
Recommend grooming and retail products when appropriate
Collaborate seamlessly within a holistic wellness team
Qualifications
Licensed Barber (Ontario certification required)
Minimum 2 years of professional experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
Calm, professional, and client-focused presence
Alignment with holistic, clean, and wellness-based values
Compensation & Schedule
Commission-based or structured compensation model (to be discussed)
