Lloydminster Toyota is looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Showroom Host and Receptionist to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our dealership and plays a key part in keeping daily operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
Greet customers professionally in person and over the phone
Direct calls, messages, and visitors to the appropriate departments
Manage front desk operations and maintain a welcoming showroom environment
Handle administrative tasks including data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation
Assist with basic accounting support such as invoices, receipts, and deposits
Support management and departments with scheduling, correspondence, and general office needs
Maintain office supplies and assist with internal coordination
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and customer service skills
Professional, positive, and dependable attitude
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with computers, email, and Microsoft Office
Previous reception, office administration, or dealership experience is an asset (but not required)
