A growing industrial solutions provider who is a proudly Canadian company is hiring a Technical Territory Manager/Outside Sales Representative to manage and grow a defined territory in west GTA.
This is a consultative, field-based sales role focused on the sale of engineered systems, aftermarket service, and preventative maintenance programs.

The right candidate will have proven sales experience in at least one of the following industries: industrial equipment, HVAC, mechanical systems, energy solutions, and capital equipment; a valid driver’s license, clean driver’s abstract, and valid Passport are also required. Responsibilities:- Own and develop a defined sales territory
- Prospect and generating sales of industrial equipment, service solutions, and preventative maintenance agreements
- Build new customer relationships while expanding existing accounts
- Conduct regular onsite client visits and technical discussions
- Follow up on inbound leads and proactively generate new opportunities
- Prepare accurate, professional quotes and proposals
- Identify and close recurring service and maintenance contract opportunities
- Maintain pipeline and activity updates in the CRM system
- Collaborate with technical, service, and leadership teams
Requirements:- 3+ years of B2B outside/field sales experience in a technical or industrial environment
- Proven sales experience in either industrial equipment, HVAC, mechanical systems, energy solutions, or capital equipment is mandatory
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort learning engineered systems
- Ability to manage a sales territory, prospect new accounts, and meet annual targets for equipment sales and service agreements
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders from shop floor to ownershio
- Strong organization, follow-up, and territory management skills
- Valid driver’s license, clean driver abstract, and valid passport
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite
