Leggat National Leasing is hiring a high-energy Sales Account Executive to hunt, close, and build new leasing business across Ontario and Canada.

Leggat National Leasing is a division of Leggat Auto Group, a family-owned organization established in 1922 with 12 dealerships across Southern Ontario. We specialize in commercial, fleet, and pre-owned vehicle leasing for businesses in construction, trades, delivery, service, and specialty use cases. With access to 80% of major automotive brands, in-house finance, remarketing, and fleet support, our Sales Executives have real tools to win, not excuses.
The Mission:
Your job is simple and demanding, Generate new business. Close deals. Grow your book. You will own your territory, build your pipeline, and be directly responsible for the results.
Job Duties:
- Prospect aggressively through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and local market activity
- Identify decision makers and uncover leasing opportunities
- Present and close customized leasing solutions for business clients
- Build a repeat and referral driven client portfolio
- Manage your pipeline, follow-ups, and forecasts with discipline
- Work closely with finance, fleet, and remarketing teams to get deals done fast
- Stay sharp on inventory, rates, and market conditions
Who You Are:
- 2+ years of commission driven sales experience (automotive, B2B, or leasing preferred)
- Comfortable with cold outreach and rejection
- Competitive, self directed, and accountable
- Strong closer with solid negotiation skills
- Organized, disciplined, and goal oriented
- Passion for vehicles and helping businesses operate smarter
- Valid Ontario driver’s license and reliable transportation
- OMVIC certified or certified within 2 weeks of being hired
