• Perform comprehensive preventive and predictive maintenance on blow film extrusion lines, including regular inspections, lubrication, adjustments, and part replacements to ensure continuous operation and avoid unplanned downtime.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including identifying pressure issues, leaks, and control malfunctions, ensuring seamless operation of actuators, valves, pumps, and compressors.
• Execute mechanical maintenance tasks such as disassembling, cleaning, repairing, and reassembling machinery components including gearboxes, motors, rollers, tensioners, heaters, and extruders used in garbage bag and polythene roll production.
• Diagnose and replace faulty bearings, shafts, belts, seals, and other rotating or moving components, often working under tight timelines to minimize production disruption.
