*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting live poultry safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, reliability, and excellent customer service. Weeks are scheduled from Sunday to Thursday nights. Drivers are home every weekend and holidays and have flexibility in the scheduling of runs for the week. Drivers have dedicated, well equipped trucks that are maintained in house. *Duties*
* Operate commercial vehicles to transport live poultry from farms to designated processing locations.
* Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance.
* Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including HOS, mileage, and fuel consumption.
* Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise during transport.
* Ensure that all cargo is secured properly before departure to prevent damage during transit.
* Adhere to all company policies and procedures and government regulations related to commercial driving.
*Skills*
* Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid Class 1.
* Basic knowledge of automotive repair for minor vehicle maintenance tasks.
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines while ensuring safety standards are met.
* Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients, team members, and dispatchers.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
