Busy, established HVAC company (33 years) in Muskoka requires a licensed sheet metal installer. Gas license would be a benefit. Applicant must be able to lead installations.
Qualifications: Sheet Metal Mechanic
- 308A or 308R Sheet Metal license
- Class G Driver's license and clean driving record
- Gas technician license (G2 or G3) an asset
Job Responsibilities include: Sheet Metal Mechanic
- Fitting and installing ductwork in new construction and retro fit applications, custom metalwork for in residential, commercial, and industrial environments.
- Leadership skills;
managing apprentices
- Troubleshooting
- Adaptability and problem solving skills
- Planning, prioritizing tasks, and ordering materials for jobs
- Physical demands -heavy lifting, standing, crouching, etc
- Working at heights (ladders, lifts etc)
- Fabrication of custom metalwork
