THE OPPORTUNITY
As our first marketing hire, you’ll build and execute a marketing engine from scratch to support outbound BD, channel partnerships, and employer branding. You’ll create compelling service-focused messaging that cuts through noise in this crowded space and puts our sales teams and organization in a place to continue growing and winning. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and emerging sales teams to align campaigns with real business cases and revenue targets. You’ll curate and create content that showcases our brand and capabilities and be the subject-matter-expert for the organization in building out our marketing program.
You must be a builder, strategist, and executor, with proven experience in marketing, ideally in IT Services and IT Consulting Sector. This isn’t an outsourcing role this is an opportunity to build, create, and make it happen.
This is a full-time, in-person role located in our Toronto office.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Develop and own a full-funnel marketing strategy focused on channel enablement, content, digital, and inbound support.
Build case studies, white papers, solution briefs, and client success stories from our deep portfolio of implementations.
Craft marketing assets that support the sales organization, focused on our solutions in mobility, endpoint management, and M&A integration services.
Establish and evolve the company’s employer brand internally and externally making us the destination of choice for customers.
Coordinate with partner organizations (e.g., Bell, Microsoft, Samsung, CrowdStrike, Verizon) for co-branded campaigns, reseller enablement, and event presence.
Drive website content, SEO, social media presence, and campaign execution largely hands-on.
Collaborate on channel GTM strategy empower field teams with the content and tools they need to win.
WHAT YOU BRING
7-10+ years of marketing experience in B2B tech or services (IT, consulting, managed services preferred)
Experience supporting channel programs and partner marketing in the US and Canadian markets
A builder’s mentality able to create scalable systems, content, and process from zero
Proven experience with case study development, content strategy, and revenue-aligned marketing
Hands-on execution expertise and a desire to do the work
Understanding of complex technical service offerings and how to communicate their value
Experience in early-stage or founder-led businesses where there’s agility and grit
Deep empathy for service delivery teams and ability to turn field insight into marketing ammo
Strong organizational, verbal, and writing skills with a bias for action
