This is a competitive, commission-based role for driven and disciplined individuals. You’ll be leading front-end sales efforts: marketing once a week, making cold calls, attending estimates, and closing painting, window cleaning and surface restoration jobs. You’ll be the bridge between homeowners and our service team, and your performance will directly drive your income.

Role Overview
Conduct weekly in-person marketing sessions in assigned areas Cold call homeowners and follow up with potential leads. Attend in-person estimates and provide quotes with guidance from the business owner Book jobs and close sales, earn commission on every one. Represent the company with professionalism and customer-first mindset.
Who We’re Looking For

Highly organized and independent Willing to push through challenges and rejection Interested in business, sales, or entrepreneurship. Previous sales or marketing experience is a bonus but not required.
Compensation & Perks
