We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team in a full-time capacity. Reporting directly to the CTO, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and executing marketing initiatives across multiple platforms to drive business objectives, strengthen brand presence, and support customer and employee engagement. This position requires a creative professional with strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and proven experience in managing multi-channel projects. You will ensure content optimization, brand consistency, and seamless cross-departmental collaboration while overseeing key digital assets, including commercial and residential websites, the company intranet, and internal training platforms. Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing overall company experience, aligning marketing and training initiatives with broader goals in the real estate sector.
Duties and Responsibilities- Coordinate and execute digital content strategies across websites, social media (including platforms such as Facebook, X/Twitter, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others), email campaigns, and additional digital channels to boost visibility and engagement.
- Manage and regularly update the company's commercial and residential websites, ensuring content accuracy, SEO optimization, compelling user experience, and alignment with brand standards.
- Maintain the company intranet to facilitate consistent, effective internal communications and information sharing across teams.
- Oversee and update internal training platforms, creating and refreshing content to keep it engaging, relevant, compliant, and supportive of employee development (including both digital and traditional training materials).
- Support broader marketing communications efforts, such as internal messaging, press releases, promotional campaigns, and collateral development.
- Maintain strict brand consistency across all platforms, materials, and communications to reinforce a unified company identity.
- Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and experiential initiatives to enhance brand visibility and tenant/resident relationships.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teamsincluding Technology, HR, Operations, and othersto align marketing activities with business priorities and operational needs.
- Work with external marketing agencies, web development firms, and partners by providing guidance, content, and oversight for ongoing projects.
- Analyze performance of campaigns, content, and digital assets using analytics tools; deliver actionable insights and recommendations for continuous optimization.
- Manage marketing content calendars, track deadlines, handle approvals, and ensure timely delivery of all initiatives.
- Ensure full compliance with copyright, privacy, data protection laws, and industry regulations in all marketing and training activities.
- Stay informed on emerging trends and best practices in social media, digital marketing, content creation, and real estate marketing to keep strategies current and effective.
- Knowledge of the residential, commercial, industrial, or office real estate industry is considered a strong asset and will be leveraged where applicable.
Qualifications- Strong creative writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, engaging content for diverse audiences.
- Proven experience with content management systems (CMS), digital marketing tools, analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), and related software.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic thinker with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining brand consistency.
- Proven work experience as a content creator, marketing coordinator, or similar role.
- Experience developing both digital and traditional training content.
- Basic technical knowledge of HTML, web publishing, and related tools for content updates.
- Excellent writing and communication skills in both English and French (bilingual proficiency is essential for this Qubec-based role).
- Highly organized, autonomous, proactive, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (preferred).
- A demonstrated portfolio of past projects, campaigns, content samples, or achievements is required to showcase your capabilities.
Compensation- Base Salary: $65,000 $90,000 CAD annually, commensurate with experience, qualifications, bilingual proficiency, and demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, and real estate-related initiatives.
