We are always looking for the best and brightest to join our thriving community. Dream is looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator to assist with processing invoices and other responsibilities in our Toronto office.

Through your 1+ years of experience in an accounts payable function, you’ve proven that you’re able to anticipate client needs, and then deliver on your commitments in a timely manner. You’re a people-person, able to express yourself articulately thanks to your excellent verbal and written communication skills. When it’s practical to do so, you support your team by thinking outside the box to develop new ideas to get the job done efficiently. You’re also a self-starter, with the ability to work well independently when needed.

What will you do?
Below are some of the primary responsibilities you will be taking on in this role. There will be more, but we can discuss those in person.
- Daily processing of accounts payable invoices;
- Maintain various internal inboxes;
- Communicating with internal sites and vendors;
- Other related duties as assigned.
What type of experience and skills do you have?

- Diploma from a post-secondary institution in Accounting or Business Administration;
- You’re proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
- Extra points if you have experience with JD Edwards or Coupa.

Total Rewards @Dream
This is a regular, full-time position with a base salary range of $55,000-$65,000. In addition to base salary, the role is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.
Compensation is determined based on several factors, including relevant experience, total years of experience, industry experience, education, and professional designations. We recognize that exceptional talent doesn’t always fit neatly into a bracket. Final compensation will be tailored to your specific experience, skills and the unique value you bring to the table. If your qualifications exceed the scope of this role, we may be open to adjusting the mandate – and the salary – to reflect that expertise.
