Overview
We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team! In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, helping create a warm and welcoming environment from the moment they arrive.
The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has strong communication skills, and is comfortable managing a busy front desk. Experience with electronic medical records—especially Accuro or similar systems—is an asset. You’ll play an important part in keeping our office running smoothly while supporting both patients and clinical staff.
Salary will be based on experience.

What You’ll Do
- Welcome patients and visitors with a warm, positive attitude
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and respond to inquiries
- Update and maintain accurate electronic medical records
- Schedule and confirm appointments using Accuro
- Collect patient information, including OHIP and insurance details
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Keep the front desk organized and ensure patient confidentiality
- Handle billing questions and process payments efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Medical or Dental Receptionist is an asset
- Familiarity with medical or dental office workflows
- Comfort using electronic medical records systems
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and procedures
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Solid administrative and customer service experience
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while staying organized
- A professional, friendly, and detail-oriented approach
