Regional Sales Manager – HVAC (British Columbia Region)

This privately owned Canadian company is known for its innovative, high-quality heat pump technology and commitment to energy efficiency. With a strong reputation in the market, the organization is focused on helping reduce carbon emissions through advanced HVAC solutions.
We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to support their growth in BC. This individual would oversee BC overall as a region.
This is a leadership position, for a company with an established team, with significant growth plans in the province.
Key Responsibilities:
Territory Sales Growth
Lead and grow the company's HVAC sales channel across British Columbia, expanding market share with HVAC mechanical contractors, and installation partners. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and strengthen the company's presence in the region.
Sales Leadership
You will manage Sales Representatives' that are based in Vancouver, and other major cities in the province. You will work with them to develop sales plans and motivate them to reach and surpass sales targets.
Strategic Relationship Development
Build and maintain strong relationships with mechanical engineers, developers, consultants, and contractors to position the company as a preferred HVAC solution provider.
Market & Competitive Intelligence
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing across the BC market—particularly within the Lower Mainland—to identify opportunities and ensure competitive positioning.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years of HVAC sales experience, ideally within residential HVAC equipment
- Management experience is highly preferred, candidates with a strong sales background and leadership skills may be considered.
- Experience with heat pump technologies is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success achieving and exceeding sales targets and key performance metrics.
- Strong relationship-building, presentation, and technical communication skills.
