We are currently seeking motivated, dependable, and professional Security Guards to join our growing team.
Position Overview
As a Jungle Lion Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients, guests, and staff. Assignments may include residential buildings, commercial office properties, or large-scale concerts and events.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned properties
- Control building access and verify identification
- Conduct routine perimeter and interior patrols
- Monitor CCTV systems (where applicable)
- Respond to alarms, disturbances, and emergencies
- Complete daily activity and incident reports
- Enforce property rules and policies
- Assist with crowd management and bag checks at events
- Provide professional customer service at all times
Qualifications
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License (Required)
- First Aid & CPR Certification (Preferred)
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in residential or commercial security
- Event or concert security experience
- Experience in de-escalation and conflict resolution
- CCTV monitoring experience
