About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Market Growth
- Develop and execute a branch sales strategy that drives revenue, profitability, and market share.
- Grow key accounts and identify new business opportunities.
- Partner with manufacturing and operations teams to ensure product quality, availability, and service levels support sales success.
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and develop your leadership team to achieve strong performance and build future bench strength.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Operational Excellence
- Oversee store, yard, and manufacturing support operations to maximize efficiency, quality, and profitability.
- Ensure operational processes, staffing, and resources align with sales and service goals.
Financial & Performance Management

- Analyze financial and operational metrics to drive margin improvement, cost control, and inventory optimization.
