About The Current Open Role
Digital Marketing Specialist – Paid Media
We are seeking a hands-on, data-driven Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to take ownership of our paid media performance and support our SEO efforts across three dealerships locations (GM and Stellantis).
This role will work closely with the Marketing Manager and play a key part in driving qualified leads, traffic, and vehicle sales across multiple dealerships.
What We're Looking For
- Own and manage paid media performance across three dealership locations and multiple OEM brands, overseeing a monthly budget exceeding $100K across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube) and Meta platforms, with full responsibility for campaign structure, budget allocation, and performance across Chevrolet, Buick GMC, Cadillac, and Chrysler/Jeep/RAM/Dodge.
- Develop and execute campaigns tailored by brand, model, and store, aligning with OEM programs, monthly offers, and dealership priorities, while balancing performance across different markets and ensuring each store’s inventory and sales goals are properly supported.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and drive real sales outcomes, going beyond cost per lead to focus on conversion rates, cost per sale, and lead-to-showroom performance, with regular adjustments to targeting, bidding strategies, and creative.
- Plan and execute targeted strategies to move aged and overstock inventory, identifying opportunities within each store and brand, and proactively building campaigns that support inventory turn and maximize ROI.
- Analyze performance across GA4, ad platforms, and CRM systems to connect marketing to actual sales, providing clear insights into which campaigns, models, and channels are driving revenue, and making data-driven recommendations to improve results.
- Support SEO and website performance through practical, hands-on improvements, including optimizing VDPs, inventory pages, and landing pages, and identifying opportunities to increase organic visibility across all locations.
- Work closely with the internal creative and design team to develop high-performing ad assets and landing pages, providing clear direction on messaging, offers, and formats that drive results, and continuously testing and refining creative based on campaign performance.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and paid media, with a proven track record of managing multi-location budgets. Direct experience within the automotive industry is highly preferred.
- Experience managing large monthly budgets ($50K+; $100K+ preferred)
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics (GA4).
- Familiarity with automotive-specific software such as Reynolds, or similar DMS/Website platforms is a significant asset.
- Strong ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for dealership management.
- Exceptional writing skills with the ability to pivot between professional corporate updates and engaging, consumer-facing ad copy.

- Employee team building and social events.
- Learning and development programs for all team members.
- Growth potential within our organization.
- Employee discount programs.
- Foss purchase and service program.
- Employee referral and recognition programs.
