Parts Manager – Automotive Dealership Company: Olivier Honda Bathurst Location: Bathurst, NB Job Type: Full-time Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 About Us Olivier Honda Bathurst is a growing automotive dealership committed to exceptional customer service and operational excellence. We’re looking for an experienced and driven Parts Manager to lead our parts department and ensure efficient inventory and team performance. Key Responsibilities * Oversee daily operations of the parts department * Manage inventory levels, ordering, and returns * Develop pricing strategies and maintain profit margins * Lead, train, and supervise parts staff * Work closely with service and sales departments * Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors * Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting * Deliver excellent customer service (internal & external) Qualifications * Previous experience as a Parts Manager or senior parts role in an automotive dealership * Strong knowledge of automotive parts and inventory systems * Leadership and team management skills * Excellent organizational and communication abilities * Experience with dealership management software (e.g., SERTI, CDK) is an asset * The ability to read, write, and speak both French and English * Valid driver’s license What We Offer * Competitive salary + bonus structure * Health and dental benefits * Paid vacation * Career growth opportunities * Supportive team environment
