Utilities Serviceperson
We have an exciting opportunity available for a customer-oriented Utilities Serviceperson to join our team. This is a unique role that acts as a first responder to service requests, coordinates utility tie-in permits and provides utility locate information to internal and external customers, contractors and consultants.
We are seeking candidates that possess strong teamwork, problem solving, and customer service skills. Flexibility is essential to work various hours, including overtime and weekends when necessary. Knowledge of construction bylaws and systems would be considered an asset.
Qualifications include:
- EOCP Water Distribution Level I & II
- EOCP Wastewater Collection Level I
- Utility Construction experience related to water, storm and sanitary sewer tie ins
- Read utility drawings and technical specifications
- BC Driver’s License - Class 5
- Ability to pass and maintain a clear Criminal Record Check
