We are looking for a growth-focused Content & Media Specialist who will build and operate the media engine behind Circuit Stream’s brand and customer acquisition. This person will create, coordinate, and scale high-converting short-form content across organic and paid channels, helping us grow Circuit Stream into a $10M+ education brand in Canada and break into key U.S. markets. What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and operate Circuit Stream’s content engine, from ideation to publishing, with a focus on high-volume, high-performing short-form content.
- Develop repeatable content systems: generate hooks, formats, and scripts at scale (e.g. 10 hooks × 10 formats × 10 variations).
- Identify, source, and coordinate talent (creators, instructors, students) to produce compelling, authentic content).
- Stay close to trends, platform shifts, and viral formats adapting them into high-converting content.
- Work closely with the paid media team to test content as ads and scale what converts into leads and enrollments.
- Build a strong content pipeline to support expansion into key U.S. markets (e.g. Texas, Florida).
- Produce content that competes with the top 1% of creators in our category.
What We're Looking For
- 2–5+ years experience creating and publishing high-performing short-form content (TikTok-first mindset).
- Proven ability to create content that doesn’t just get views — but drives action (clicks, leads, conversions).
- Strong instincts for hooks, storytelling, and what makes content compelling in the first 1–3 seconds.
- Strong foundation in copywriting, you understand how to write to capture attention, build curiosity, and drive action.
- Experience sourcing and managing talent or creators for content production.
- Strong writing skills, especially for short-form scripts and direct-response style ads.
- Highly execution-focused, you are a builder and publisher first, not just a strategist.
- You have a portfolio of content you’ve created or helped produce, and can clearly speak to what worked and why.
- DTC growth experience is a plus.
