Job Title: Zabbix SpecialistJob DescriptionDesign, implement, and maintain Zabbix-based monitoring solutions to ensure the performance, availability, and security for the IT infrastructure of the integrated communication system.
Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Zabbix servers, proxies, and agents.
- Customize Zabbix templates, triggers, and actions for specific use cases.
- Monitor servers, networks, applications, and cloud resources in real time.
- Develop and fine-tune alerting rules to minimize false positives and ensure timely incident response.
- Optimize Zabbix performance for scalability and reliability.
- Automate data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Integrate Zabbix with other tools such as IT service management, DevOps, or security platforms.
- Develop scripts and APIs to extend Zabbix functionality.
- Diagnose and resolve monitoring issues, working closely with IT operations and engineering teams.
- Provide training and documentation for Zabbix users.
- Ensure Zabbix configurations comply with security policies and industry standards.
- Monitor for system anomalies and potential threats.
Essential Skills- Zabbix Administration (server/proxy setup, template customization)
- Scripting (Bash, Python, etc.)
- Network Protocols (SNMP, etc.)
- Linux/Unix
- Experience with Prometheus, SQL, MySQL
- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
- Understanding of network security
Additional Skills & Qualifications- Knowledge of IT infrastructure
- Experience with On-Prem platform
- Familiarity with databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL
Work EnvironmentThe position requires working on-site 4 to 5 days per week.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
