We are an asphalt paving company that is looking for the right individual to contribute to the crew by floating equipment/machinery to and from job sites and to help with the paving process.
The Asphalt Season is May to December, so this is a seasonal position with the option to plow and haul snow during the winter months. T. Weber is a growing company, and we offer room for advancement and will train the right person to be a foreman one day if you are interested! This position starts at $26.00 an hour. We offer benefits and a wage review after a three-month probation. This position is full-time Monday-Friday with 10-12 hours per day, with some Saturdays and offers overtime pay after 55 hours a week. If you are willing to work, we want to work with you!

Key responsibilities include:
- Float paving equipment and job-site materials between locations
- Drive dump trucks to and from job sites and pull trailers with equipment
- Load and unload asphalt, gravel, and other materials
- Perform preventative maintenance on trucks and paving machinery
- Operate skid steer (Bobcat) for loading and excavation tasks
- Assist with base preparation, tamping, rough and fine grading
- Operate roller as needed for paving projects
- Work outdoors in construction job-site conditions
- Participate in seasonal work from May to December, with optional winter snow plowing and off-season maintenance
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Valid AZ commercial driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- 3+ years of AZ driving experience, including dump truck driving
- Experience hauling and transporting paving equipment and job-site materials, including pulling equipment trailers
- Experience loading and unloading asphalt, gravel, and other materials
- Experience performing preventative maintenance on trucks and paving machinery
- Bobcat (skid steer) operating experience
- Knowledge of base preparation, grading, and site groundwork
- Able to work outdoors in construction job-site conditions
- Available to work 10–12 hour days during the May–December season
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience operating a roller
- Compensation expectations align with CAD $26/hour
