Key Responsibilities:
- Equipment Operation: Proficiently operate modern agricultural machinery for a full range of crop cycles, including planting, tillage, spraying, and harvesting.
- Custom Services: Execute custom field work for local clients with precision, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
- Maintenance & Repair: Conduct routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and basic mechanical repairs to ensure equipment remains in peak operating condition.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely records of field activities, applications, and maintenance logs as required.
- Seasonal Flexibility: Commit to extended working hours during peak seasonal periods (planting and harvest) to ensure timely completion of operations.
Required Qualifications:
- Licensing: Must possess a valid Z Endorsement (Air Brake endorsement).
- Certification: Must hold a valid Pesticide Applicator’s License.
- Experience: Proven proficiency in operating large-scale, modern farm equipment and GPS technology.
- Mechanical Aptitude: Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs in the field.
- Professionalism: Strong communication skills and a reliability-focused mindset for representing the company on client sites.
