The Opportunity
We’re looking for a strategic, driven, and customer-obsessed Outside Sales Representative to grow key accounts and open new doors. You’ll own the territory plan, build lasting relationships, and collaborate with technical experts to deliver solutions that keep industry moving.
What You’ll Do
- Grow revenue: Build and execute account/territory strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual targets.
- Be the point person: Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams throughout the sales cycle.
- Win the bid: Gather requirements, shape solutions, and support quoting to maximize close rates.
- Hunt & farm: Expand share within existing accounts and prospect for new business across MB/SK/ON.
- Stay on top of work: Monitor WIP quotes/jobs and keep customers proactively informed.
- Operate with rigor: Log activities and pipeline updates in CRM; manage priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Know the tech: Maintain an in-depth understanding of DMC’s capabilities across machining, hydraulics, pneumatics, fabrication, and service.
What You Bring
- 2–3 years of B2B sales experience with a history of hitting targets and closing new business.
- Confidence selling at all levels—from floor supervisors to executives.
- Comfortable prospecting and cold-calling; resilient and organized.
- Clear, professional communication (written, verbal, and in-person).
- Knowledge of hydraulics, industrial equipment, or machining is an asset.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract; travel within Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Ontario.
