You will complete pickups and deliveries within a designated local service area while representing the company with professionalism and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate company‑owned equipment on local and regional day routes.
- Complete daily pickup and delivery assignments on time and with care.
- Perform thorough pre‑trip, en‑route, and post‑trip inspections of equipment.
- Maintain accurate ELD logs, paperwork, and required documentation.
- Communicate clearly with dispatch regarding delays, issues, or updates.
- Provide friendly, professional service to customers at every stop.
- Follow all company policies, MTO regulations, and safety protocols.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper handling of assigned tractor/trailer.
Qualifications
- Valid AZ Driver’s Licence.
- Minimum 3 years of verifiable AZ driving experience.
- Clean CVOR, Driver’s Abstract, and Criminal Background Check.
- Strong city‑driving and backing skills.
- Ability to handle freight or perform load securement if required.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety‑minded with excellent communication skills.
