ABOUT YOU
You will deliver excellent front line customer experiences in our Central Booking Office by providing information to the public and making facility bookings (including for outdoor fields and courts, pools, arenas, gyms and facility rooms). You will complete the administrative and clerical tasks associated with those bookings including invoicing and processing payment, initiating and responding to correspondence, and maintaining records. You have excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform a high volume of administrative tasks accurately and efficiently while focusing on creating quality customer service experiences and building strong relationships within the team, with clients, and colleagues.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Completion of high school supplemented by clerical or business courses and sound related experience including in a supervisory role. Sound knowledge of recreation registration software, MS Excel and Word. Previous customer service experience and training is desirable.
All candidates are required to submit a Police Information Check as a requirement of the position prior to any appointment.
This is a regular full-time position which involves workdays from Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM based on an approximate 35-hour work week. The pay for this unionized regular full-time position starts at step 1, $28.37 and ranges up to $33.25 per hour.
