What You’ll Be Doing
- Analyze sales, inventory, and retail performance data.
- Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI.
- Partner with Category Management, Marketing, and Real Estate teams.
- Support forecasting, reporting, and ad hoc analysis.
- Investigate data issues and improve data quality.
- Contribute to automation and AI-driven analytics initiatives.
What You Bring
Experience & Mindset
- Recent graduate or early career in Business, Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
- Strong curiosity and problem-solving mindset.
- Clear communicator with attention to detail.
- High ownership and accountability.
Technical Skills
- Power BI required.
- Advanced Excel required.
Nice to Have
- SQL, Python, or DAX.
- Exposure to POS/ERP systems.
- Interest in retail or e-commerce analytics.
