POSITION DESCRIPTION – PROJECT COORDINATOR
OPPORTUNITY
TNT Engineering is looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to join our collaborative, multi-disciplinary team. In this role, you’ll work directly with Project Managers and project teams, gaining hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle—from early planning and execution through to final closeout. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to build a strong foundation in project delivery while learning from experienced leaders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain accurate and organized project documentation across client platforms and TNT’s internal document management system, ensuring traceability and compliance.
- Support day-to-day project activities including procurement coordination, cost tracking, material transfers, regulatory documentation, and invoice processing.
- Ensure adherence to client-specific data and document control requirements while upholding TNT’s internal standards.
- Distribute, track, and maintain current client Standards, Procedures, and project-related updates.
- Lead and coordinate project closeout activities, ensuring all documentation is complete, accessible, and properly archived.
- Organize and facilitate internal and external meetings, supporting communication across Project Managers, engineers, and project teams.
- Assist with onboarding new team members to ensure a smooth and informed transition into the organization.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO TNT:
- Degree, diploma, or certificate in a related field.
- Experience in project administration, project coordination, or technical administration is considered an asset.
- Proficient in MS O-ice suite and comfortable working with tools such as SharePoint, PowerBI, and other project-specific software.
- Working knowledge of invoicing systems like OpenInvoice and SAP.
- Organized self-starter capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
- Clear communication and strong collaborative skillset to support coordination with Project Managers, Project Engineers, shareholders and IT.
