Are you a skilled communicator with a passion for helping people and solving problems? We’re hiring Contact Center Agents to support inbound customer service, sales, help desk, and back-office operations. You’ll represent some of the world’s most iconic brands, providing expert assistance and building meaningful customer relationships.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers to solutions.
- Understand customer needs and resolve issues with care and accuracy.
- Identify sales opportunities and apply persuasive skills to upsell or upgrade services.
- Use internal systems to manage accounts and process customer requests.
- Clearly explain products, services, and procedures to customers.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate team or manager.
- Ensure first-call resolution through effective communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to type 20+ words per minute accurately.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Skilled in troubleshooting, conflict resolution, and customer follow-up.
