This role is for someone who doesn't just train clients, but builds a Personal Training business inside the studio.

What You'll OwnSales & Performance Leadership
- Consistently hit personal PT sales and service KPIs
- Lead the Personal Training team to hit monthly revenue targets
- Coach trainers on outreach, consults, follow-ups, and closing
- Execute side-by-side sales actions with the team
Team Leadership & Development- Support recruiting, screening, and onboarding of new Personal Trainers
- Deliver ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance management
- Establish daily, weekly, and monthly communication rhythms
- Provide discipline and coaching support alongside the Studio Manager
Operations & Execution- Support PT data tracking and reporting via MindBody
- Help manage schedules, sessions serviced, and quality control
- Execute promotions and corporate initiatives with accountability
- Maintain high standards for service, professionalism, and consistency
Client Experience & Culture- Create a positive, high-energy, safe training environment
- Lead by example in coaching quality, professionalism, and attitude
- Protect Rumble's culture while driving performance
- Be the benchmark performer the team looks to
Your Background
- 35 years of Personal Training experience (boxing, strength & conditioning)
- Proven success in PT sales and client results
- Strong coaching mindset with emerging leadership experience
- Confident communicator written and verbal
- Comfortable giving and receiving direct feedback (keep it real)
- Proficient with spreadsheets, tracking, and basic reporting
- Willing to work evenings, weekends, and non-traditional hours
Must-Haves- Intermediate or higher boxing / pad-holding skills
- Passion for fitness, coaching, and client transformation
- Ability to motivate, correct, and inspire others
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High integrity and personal accountability
- Thrives in a fast-paced, customer-first environment

Work Environment & Schedule- Fast-paced fitness studio environment
- High interaction with members, trainers, and leadership
- Non-exempt, contract position
- Nights and weekends required
