Your background will ideally include experience in industries such assupply chain, manufacturing, retail, and/or management consulting. You are a proven doer, capable of leading work-streams hands-on while strategically guiding project execution. Role Location and Travel-This role requires a hybrid work model, with a minimum oftwo days per week onsite at our office in Etobicoke, combined with remote work from home.Candidates must be eligible to travel and work under aTN1 Visa, as approximately30% travel across North America is expected as part of this role.
Compensation Package:
- Base salary: $100,000 - $140,000.
- Performance Bonus: An annual bonus with a target range of 20% to 50% of your base salary, based on individual and company performance.
- The final offer will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience, skills, and qualifications. This is part of our comprehensive rewards program, which also includes health coverage and 4 weeks off, including personal days.
Key Responsibilities
- Beginning the role as an Individual Contributor, responsible for process improvement initiatives end-to-end, including planning, analysis, design, presentation, implementation, and driving sustainable performance improvements.
- Creating high-quality client deliverables, including innovative solutions, industry best practices, and other artifacts to meet committed project initiatives/goals.
- Collaborate closely with project colleagues, Engagement Leads, Directors, Partners, and client executive-level stakeholders, fostering trusted relationships and demonstrating executive presence in client engagements.
- Develop, maintain, and strengthen client relationships through consistent day-to-day communication and actively help define and advocate the voice of the customer.
- Work closely with clients to understand their issues, create strategies for change, win buy-in for your recommendations, and collaborate with colleagues to transform client potential into performance.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of current business processes, identify root causes, and develop actionable improvement roadmaps, and implement projects.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions across organizational levels to design business plans, conduct gap analyses, and create process maps.
- Apply data-driven and results-oriented problem-solving approaches to identify and execute process optimization initiatives.
- Develop compelling business cases and deliver persuasive communication both written and verbal tailored to diverse audiences.
- Serve as a consistent ambassador of TPGs values, promoting a positive, growth-oriented, and ego-free culture.
- Identify opportunities for expanding client relationships and develop proposals aligned with TPGs strategic growth initiatives.

Requirements
- Canadian or US Passport required and must be able to obtain TN1 Visas. Please note that our work is across North America and we do not have sponsorship opportunities. In order to obtain a TN1 visa, student permits, work permits, or PR are not eligible.
- 8+ years of experience in business process improvement, preferably as a Senior Consultant or Internal Consultant.
- Demonstrated success improving processes in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and/or Retail sectors.
- Proven ability to lead and actively participate in work-streams; a practical doer who can balance leadership with hands-on execution.
- Exceptional executive presence and ability to communicate fluently with C-suite and senior leaders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
- University degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, CPA, CMA, PMP, or equivalent certifications preferred.
- Expertise in business process improvement methodologies including Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Process Mapping, and Change Management.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and data analytics tools such as Power BI
