The Role We are a premier hypnotherapy centre in Toronto, founded in 2006. We are looking for a Client Operations & Intake Specialist to serve as the backbone of our practice. You will be the gatekeeper for the business, ensuring that practitioners can focus on clinical and high-level work while you handle the logistics, client experience, and operational precision.

Core Responsibilities
- Brand Advocacy and Consultative Selling: You are the first point of contact and responsible for conducting new client intakes. You must be articulate, calm, and able to screen potential clients so that you can advocate the services that meet their needs.
- Operational Stewardship: You own the schedule, the inbox, and the physical environment. You are expected to spot bottlenecks (a messy waiting area, a scheduling conflict) and fix them before they are pointed out.
- Digital Presence: You will assist in creating and posting short-form video content. You don't need to be on camera, but you need to be tech-savvy and comfortable with social media workflows.
- Administrative Rigor: Accurate intakes, payment processing, and record-keeping are non-negotiable.
The Ideal Candidate We have a strong preference for readers of philosophy and psychology who possess critical thinking skills and want practical applications for their intelligence.
- You are literate: You write clearly and correctly. You care about grammar and the meaning of words.
- You are autonomous: You do not need to be reminded to finish a task. You see "following up" as part of the job, not an extra step.
- You fit the INTJ personality profile: You are confident in your abilities and prefer clear instructions over polite ambiguity. The majority of our team is composed of INTJs.
- You are reliable: You understand that in a small, high-end practice, lack of punctuality or follow-through disrupts the entire ecosystem.
