General Labourer - Pallet Repair Lincoln County, ON $20.00 per hour | Full-Time, Permanent We are hiring dependable General Labourers for a pallet repair facility in Lincoln County. This is a hands-on, physical role with guaranteed full-time hours and steady year-round work. Responsibilities Inspect and repair wooden pallets at an individual workstation Use hand tools (pry bar, hammer, nail gun) to replace damaged boards Stack finished pallets for forklift removal Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly Meet daily production targets Shifts Available Afternoon Shift: Monday-Thursday, 1:30 PM - 12:00 AM (Fridays weekends off) Requirements Comfortable with physical, repetitive work Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted CSA-approved steel-toed footwear required Valid Class G driver's licence and reliable transportation Basic comfort using computers or tablets English required What's Offered $20.00 per hour Future Production bonus opportunities Full-time, year-round employment On-site parking and company events In-person role.
