Altruck International Truck Centres is looking for a customer focused, highly organized, detail-driven Office Coordinator to become the operational backbone of our Dealership and Lease/Rental division. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes, and takes pride in accuracy, customer service, and follow-through.
We’re on the lookout for a friendly, detail-loving, get-it-done Office Coordinator to support our incredible team at our Office in Kitchener, Ontario. This is more than just an admin role — it’s your chance to be the glue that keeps everything (and everyone!) running smoothly.
What you’ll do
- Be the first point of contact for customers (phone, email, and in-person)
- Support lease & rental invoicing, and account reconciliation
- Maintain accurate inventory, unit tracking, and compliance records
- Coordinate office operations, supplies, scheduling, and administrative workflows
- Support AP processing and financial documentation
- Work closely with sales, service, and finance teams to keep operations aligned
- Support sales and leasing with marketing and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) needs
What we’re looking for
- Min. 3 years office administration experience (dealership, leasing, or rental experience an asset but not required)
- Post secondary academic preparation in office administration, business administration, or accounting.
- Strong attention to detail and financial accuracy
- Above average customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Reliable, proactive, and solutions-focused
