The Opportunity
Multiview is seeking aVice-Presidentof Human Resourcestolead our HR organization as we scale. Reporting directly to CEO Mike Johnson, the VP of HR will join the senior leadership team at a pivotal moment in our evolution, helping to drive and build an environment where great people do great work, leaders lead well, and high performance isboth supporter andexpected.

This is abusiness leadership rolefirst and a people leadership role second someone who leads with business outcomes, builds highperformance systems, and then intentionally aligns people, culture, and capability to deliver results.
This role is not suited for someone who prefers delegation or high-level oversight alone. The VP of HR must be eager to roll up their sleeves, dive into day-to-day HR activities, and personally influence the employee experience across the company.

Key Responsibilities:
The Vice Presidentof Human Resourcesis responsible for:
- Driving organizational performance through people strategy, talent systems, and leadership effectiveness
- Embedding a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous improvement
- Ensuring people practices actively enable Multiviews business strategy, not simply support it
This leader will partner closely with the CEO and executive team to ensure that strategy, structure, talent, and culture are fully aligned.
You will alsoleadand deliver strategies in:
Executive & Business Leadership
- Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO andthe leadership team, using data and insight to drive better business outcomes.
- Support the translation ofbusiness strategy into clear people priorities, capability requirements, and workforce plans.
- Help leaders across the organization strengthen performance,decisionmaking, and accountability within their teams.
HighPerformanceCulture
- Lead the intentional design and rollout of ahighperformanceoperating culture, including:
- Clear role expectations and ownership
- Performance standards aligned to business outcomes
- Supporting leaders on providing candid,growthorientedfeedback
- Strong leadership capability at all levels
- Ensure performance management systems are meaningful, consistent, and tied directly to business impact.
People Strategy & Execution
- Own and continuously evolve Multiviews people strategy, ensuring alignment with annualoperating plansandlongtermgrowth plans.
- Balance HRs role as a compliance function with its responsibility as aperformanceenablingbusiness partner.
- Regularly assess the impact of people initiatives and adjust based on results, feedback, and business needs.
Talent & Capability
Develop and execute strategies across:
- Talent acquisition: Owns the talent acquisition process that includes hiring leaders andindividualcontributors who raise the bar and strengthen culture.
- Learning & development: Building leadership capability, succession strength, and career progression paths.
- Rewards & incentives: Designing compensation and reward systems that reinforce performance, accountability, and retention of top talent, while maintaining pay equity legislation and principles across the organization.
Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop the Human Resources team tooperateas trusted businesspartners.
- Build a function that models high performance, continuous learning, and execution excellence and is looked at as a trusted resource by all departments.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Astheleader within HR anda leaderacross the organization, you will be a model of ourPeople Firstphilosophy.
The ideal candidatewill:
- Think like a business leader and act like a people leader.
- Be comfortable challenging assumptions, influencing outcomes, and raising standards.
- Have experience leading the HR / People function during growth or change.
- Have experience helping a company scale from roughly 200 to 400+ employees (or similar complexity)
- Be deeply credible with executives whileremainingapproachable and trusted across thecompany.
- Understand both Canadian and US employment environments (handsonexperience preferred).
- Bring a drive for action, clarity, and measurable impact.
SOFT SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
- Bachelors degree/diploma in HR or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- CHRP, CHRL, or equivalent experience/certification.
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience, including 5+ years leading HR in a growing organization.
- Strong knowledge of Canadian provincial employment legislation; US employment knowledge is an asset.
- Exceptional communication skills across diverse groups.
- High attention to detail.
- Experiencerepresentingan organization internally and externally in alignment with values and culture.
- Demonstrated success building HR teams and fostering cultures of development and progression.
- Experience with HRIS tools and implementing relevantnew technologies.
- Highest standards ofdiscretion,confidentialityand ethical conduct.
