TNI, The Network inc. is looking to fill a Sales & Fundraising Supervisor position
- Position - Sales and Fundraising Supervisor [NOC 62010]
- Number of Position- One [1]
- Type of Position- Full-time, permanent position.
- Main location of work:5069 Beresford Street, Burnaby, BC, V5H 4N2.
- After reporting to the office, you will be assigned to different locations with the team.
- Hours of work: 40 hours /week depending on schedule. Hours are 12:00 PM- 8:30 PM with a 30 minute unpaid lunch.
- Applicant may need to work weekend shifts depending on team schedule.
- Salary: $25.00/hour. Overtime if work exceeds 40 hours per week at 1.5x hourly salary
What you will be doing:
- Attend and manage the daily team training sessions at our local office.
- Participate in our in-person face to face fundraising campaigns in residential communities (neighborhood canvassing) and high traffic points
- Encourage and inspire people to become a monthly donor
- Solicit sales and organize fundraising activities;
- Raising awareness of the organization’s goals;
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing donors;
- Handling questions related to the fundraising campaigns or company related questions
- Supervising and coordinating staff to ensure daily and weekly results
Job requirements:
- Completed secondary school;
- Proficiency in English including speaking and writing component required
- Able to meet multiple deadlines and balance a heavy workload
- Excellent organization skills
- Candidate must be willing to work independently and work as a team
- Have excellent interpersonal skills and display a high level of professionalism
- Must have experience coordinating and managing a team
