Reporting to the Senior Manager, IT Strategy and Architecture, the Business Relationship Manager (BRM) is a senior leadership role responsible for Finance and HR enterprise platforms, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA Cloud Finance and digital ERP transformation. This role acts as the strategic interface between Finance, HR, and IT, ensuring that enterprise ERP solutions effectively enable business strategy, financial stewardship, compliance, and operational efficiency. This role plays a key leadership function in end-to-end digital ERP transformation of Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Plan to Budget, Asset Accounting and Financial Controls & Compliance processes. The BRM leads strategic planning, demand management, and delivery oversight for Finance and HR applications portfolio, leading a team of specialists and working closely with business leaders, vendors and system integrators. Other responsibilities include researching, reviewing, and analyzing the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements, developing strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes, and preparing project analysis and assisting the business with submitted project prioritization. In this role you will find yourself providing direction and guidance to staff members, monitoring expenditures and resources utilization, and maintaining up-to-date awareness of industry and technology trends to make recommendations for the implementation of new/upgraded systems and technologies. Performs related work as required.
Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business, computer engineering or a related discipline and 8 years of related experience in business analysis, project management and supervision, or, an equivalent combination of education, training and experience plus required technical skills. Demonstrated experience of providing functional and strategic leadership of Finance and HR enterprise systems, with a strong emphasis on SAP S/4 HANA Finance and related cloud applications is essential. The successful candidate will bring strong knowledge of project management practices; expertise in business requirements gathering; familiarity with procurement and administrative processes; and hands-on experience with software implementation, business analysis, and both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies. Solid understanding of administrative principles, operational practices, and relevant divisional policies and procedures is required. Experience leading or supporting full cycle ERP implementations or major financial transformations is highly desirable. Professional designations such as Accounting certifications (e.g. CPA) or CPHR will be considered valuable assets.

- Communicate complex financial and technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficiency with enterprise tools including SAP S/4HANA, MS Project, Visio, and modern project management platforms
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models in ERP environments
