Plumbing, HVAC & Gas Inspector

Picture yourself as a Plumbing, Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Gas Inspector, utilizing your experience to review plans and conduct on-site inspections of plumbing, heating and gas installations, as well as sprinkler and fire suppression systems for compliance with Provincial codes, City bylaws and policies. The complexity of the project is based on Plumbing certification through the Building Officials of British Columbia.
Qualifications:
- Trade Ticket as a Plumber or Sheet Metal Mechanic
- Current Natural Gas Licence in BC (Trade Ticket as a BC Gasfitter)
- BOABC certification – Level 2 (candidates with Level 1 may also be considered)
- Relevant experience in plan checking or building inspection
- Attention to Detail
- Professional Credibility
- Objective/Logical
- Valid BC Drivers License – Class 5
